Deftones - Drive

 Deftones es una banda estadounidense de metal alternativo formada en Sacramento, California, en el año 1988. Son considerados los pioneros del género nu metal junto con Korn. Sus integrantes son Chino Moreno (vocalista), Stephen Carpenter (guitarra), Abe Cunningham (bateria), y Frank Delgado (samplers). El bajista original de la banda era Chi Cheng, quien quedó en coma después de un accidente en 2008 y murió en 2013. Desde su formación, la banda ha lanzado nueve álbumes de estudio, dos EP, un álbum recopilatorio y veintitrés sencillos, además de un box set que incluye todos sus álbumes. La banda cuenta con un disco de oro y tres discos de platino.​

La banda lanzó su primer álbum de estudio, Adrenaline, en 1995 mediante Maverick Records, y debutó en el puesto 23 de la lista del Billboard Top Heatseekers. Around the Fur, su segundo álbum de estudio, también entró en las listas estadounidenses y británicas, por primera vez. En el álbum se incluyó el sencillo "My Own Summer (Shove It)", que apareció también en la banda sonora original de The Matrix en 1999. Su tercer álbum, White Pony, continuó con la exitosa línea comercial y crítica con el tercer puesto en las listas estadounidenses.​ Posteriormente al lanzamiento del álbum, Maverick Records comercializó un sencillo titulado "Back to School (Mini Maggit)", que era una reinterpretación con influencias rap de la pista que cerraba White Pony, "Pink Maggit", y lo incluyó en una reedición del álbum.

El álbum homónimo Deftones fue lanzado en 2003 y en 2006 la banda californiana lanzó su quinto álbum de estudio, Saturday Night Wrist, que alcanzó el décimo puesto de las listas estadounidenses.​ El sexto álbum de Deftones, Diamond Eyes, fue publicado el 4 de mayo de 2010.

El séptimo álbum de estudio de la banda, Koi No Yokan, se anunció en septiembre de 2012, pero no salió a la venta hasta 2013 debido a la muerte de Chi Cheng, que había pasado varios años en coma, teniendo como primer sencillo la canción "Leathers".

Sam Tsui - Don't Stop Believin'

 Sam Tsui (born May 2, 1989)  is an American singer, songwriter and video producer. He rose to fame as an internet celebrity known for doing covers and musical medleys of songs by pop artists. He has since released original songs and expanded to mashups.

Tsui frequently collaborates with YouTuber and childhood friend Kurt Hugo Schneider. Their one-man a cappella videos have been described by Time as a combination of Glee and Attack of the Clones.

As of June, 2021, Tsui had received over 3.18 million subscribers.

Tsui appeared on ABC World News on October 28, 2009, singing The Jackson 5's "I'll Be There". He went on to perform on The Bonnie Hunt Show in November of the same year, where he was interviewed and performed Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance with Somebody (Who Loves Me)". He also appeared on It's On with Alexa Chung, singing Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'" for the cast of American television series Glee.

Kurt Schneider produced the musical web series College Musical, a parody of the High School Musical film series, in fall of 2008. Four episodes were released, with Tsui playing the lead role of Cooper. Following the popularity of the series, it was announced that a film would be made based on the series. College Musical: The Movie premiered online in September 2014.

In 2010, Tsui released his first cover album, The Covers. The album, released on February 9, 2010, features covers of hits from Michael Jackson, Journey, Beyoncé, Jason Mraz, and Lady Gaga among other artists. On February 22, 2010, Tsui appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show with his producer Kurt Schneider. The two were interviewed, and Tsui performed his medley of Michael Jackson songs. In November 2010, Tsui collaborated with fellow YouTube singer Christina Grimmie, singing "Just a Dream", which is the most viewed video on the YouTube channel "KurtHugoSchneider", with more than 200 million views. On December 2, 2010, Tsui gave an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and performed a mashup of Katy Perry's "Firework" and Bruno Mars' "Grenade" with Schneider.

In 2011, Tsui debuted his own YouTube channel, apart from his collaboration with Kurt Schneider. On February 3, 2011, Tsui was featured on Britney Spears' official website, along with his cover of "Hold It Against Me".

In March 2011, lyrics from Tsui's song "Start Again" was featured in the novel Seeker by Andy Frankham-Allen.

Tsui was mentioned three times by Tom Hanks when he addressed the Yale class of 2011. Tsui was also featured in the 2010 Yale Admissions video. The video, entitled "That's Why I Chose Yale", reveals information about the college with students and admission officers breaking out into song across the campus. In 2017, he co-starred in a new admissions video entitled "That's Why I Toured Yale".

In fall 2011, Tsui was a digital correspondent for the third season of NBC's a capella competition show, The Sing-Off. He recorded a "Judges Medley" that included Sara Bareilles' "Love Song", Ben Folds' "Gone" and Shawn Stockman's (Boyz II Men) "On Bended Knee".

Tsui released his first full-length original album, Make It Up, in May 2013 after a raising more than $64,000 through the crowdfunding site Kickstarter. The project was produced by Kurt Schneider.

In summer 2013, Tsui and Schneider toured across Canada and the US with Alex Goot, Against the Current, Landon Austin, Luke Conard, and King the Kid.

Tsui continues to make covers of popular music on his YouTube channel while also collaborating with other YouTubers. In September 2013, Sam published a duet with Elle Winter entitled "Unsinkable (Music Is Medicine)" online. The proceeds of the single went towards pediatric cancer research as a part of the Music Is Medicine's Donate a Song project.

Tsui's vocals were featured in a promotional video for Coca-Cola that premiered on January 14, 2014. In 2013, Kurt Hugo Schneider and Coca-Cola teamed up to create music videos featuring creative covers of two 2011 hits namely Calvin Harris' "Feel So Close" and Of Monsters and Men's "Little Talks" for a campaign called "The Sounds of AHH". The commercial edits of both premiered on the inaugural episode of season 13 of American Idol on January 14, 2014, on FOX with "Feel So Close" featuring the vocals of Tsui whereas Schneider makes music playing only Coca-Cola bottles, glasses and cans.

In 2016, Tsui starred in an episode of Bones as collegiate acappella singing group member Jake Eisenberg.

Julian Lennon - Stand by Me

Julian  Lennon (Liverpool, 8 de abril de 1963) es un músico inglés. Es el hijo primogénito de John Lennon, y el único hijo del matrimonio con Cynthia Powell. Es medio hermano por parte de padre de Sean Lennon. Su nombre es un homenaje a su difunta abuela, Julia.

Brian Epstein, representante de The Beatles y padrino de Julian, sugirió a John ocultar su matrimonio y paternidad por un tiempo para no afectar la popularidad del grupo. Fue así como Julian vivió alejado de los medios y de la publicidad de la beatlemanía. A raíz de ello, Julian vivió su infancia con un padre ausente, por lo que solía mostrarse frío al hablar de su padre John, y sentía enemistad con Yoko Ono. Al morir su padre, decidió abandonar esa enemistad, y actualmente tiene una cordial relación con Yoko y se lleva muy bien con su medio hermano Sean, a quien adora: «I just love Sean, and I didn't want to hurt him...». («Yo amo a mi hermano Sean, y yo jamas querria lastimarlo »)

Julian inspiró ciertas composiciones musicales de The Beatles, como la conocida canción de su padre Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds,​ a partir de un dibujo que él había hecho; John también escribió Good Night como una canción de cuna para Julian, cantada por Ringo Starr. Asimismo, inspiró a Paul McCartney en la canción «Hey Jude» para consolarlo por el divorcio de sus padres, causado por el romance de John Lennon con Yoko Ono.​ En la emisión de American Top 40 the 80's del 9 de febrero de 1985, Casey Kasem mencionó que Cynthia Powell quedó embarazada en julio de 1962 y junto con John decidieron mantener en secreto el nacimiento de Julian.

El debut musical de Julian fue a temprana edad, a los 11 años, tocando la batería en la canción Ya-Ya del álbum Walls and Bridges de John Lennon. Su carrera artística se hizo popular con el debut de su disco Valotte y con la canción Too late for Goodbyes en 1984. Luego del gran éxito, hubo tiempos de ventas bajas y Julian recurrió al alcohol y drogas.

Julian Lennon es también el productor del documental WhaleDreamers que trata acerca de una tribu aborigen de Australia y de su relación especial con las ballenas. Este documental también trata acerca de muchos asuntos del medio ambiente. Esta película ha recibido muchos premios y fue presentada en la Fiesta Cinematográfica de Cannes 2007.

Brothertiger - Shout

John Jagos, known professionally as Brothertiger, is an American electronic musician and producer. He first got his start while a sophomore at Ohio University, where he studied music production. Some of his first songs quickly attracted the attention of notable music sites such as Pitchfork Media and No Pain in Pop. After signing with Mush Records in 2012, Jagos released his first full-length album, Golden Years. In 2013, he released his second full-length, Future Splendors, which was also his first release pressed to vinyl. Brothertiger released Out of Touch in 2015 after parting ways with Mush Records. Out of Touch was his first independent full-length record release, characterized by lush synths on top of a blend of electronic and acoustic drums. According to Jagos, his aim with Out of Touch was to "create an auditory journey through a metaphorical jungle of emotional states—from tribulation, despair and fatigue to serenity, joy and tranquility.”

After a few years of touring and producing other artists, Jagos released Brothertiger Plays: Tears for Fears' Songs from the Big Chair, covering the entirety of Tears for Fears' famous album. In 2019, he released his first EP in 8 years, A Chain of Islands EP.  The EP was the first released in collaboration with Satanic Panic Recordings. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit in 2020, Jagos started livestreaming from his studio, producing improvised tracks for audiences over Youtube and Twitch. The result of those initial streams was Fundamentals, Vol. I, a collection of instrumental electronic tracks released in June of 2020.  Brothertiger released his fourth studio album, Paradise Lost, in September of 2020. In lieu of touring, Jagos performed live on the Bandcamp livestreaming service, being one of the first artists to utilize the new platform. Later in 2020, he delivered another volume of instrumentals to end the year, releasing Fundamentals, Vol. II in December.

Freya Lim - Kiss Me

 Freya Lim (Chinese: 林凡; pinyin: Lin Fan; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Lîm Hoân; born 20 November 1979), also known as Freya Lin, is a Malaysian Mandopop singer and radio deejay based in Taiwan. She is a Taiwanese PR. Her father is a Chinese Malaysian and her mother is a Taiwanese.

In 2002, Lim graduated from University of Washington Seattle majoring in Psychology. After the release of her third album Freya's Love Songs (非愛不可。心林凡) in 2007, Lim went to Boston University to pursue a master's degree in Applied Communication. In 1999, Lim's singing talent was discovered by Taiwan well-known music producer Benjamin Lin Ming Yang. She was singing acclaimed Mandopop singer Sandy Lam's Night's Too Dark at a KTV with her friends when Benjamin Lin chanced upon her voice, and she was signed on to What's Music International Incorporated.

In 2000, Lim released her debut music album titled Freya (林凡同名專輯). The first single from the album was a new rendition of Sandy Lam's classic hit Night's Too Dark. Other singles from the album include Anything Can Be Forgotten (什麼都可以忘記) and Goodbye Seattle (再見西雅圖). However, Living Alone (一個人生活) was the more popular song from Freya, as it was also the ending theme song of TV series The Beauty Mermaid (天地傳說之魚美人), the song has a Mandarin and Cantonese cover version My Feelings (感應) sung by Hong Kong singer Vincy Chan. The album Freya achieved an astounding sales record of 120,000 copies in Taiwan, and occupied Taiwan music charts for more than six months.

Lim was nominated Best New Artist in 2001 Golden Melody Awards with Freya (林凡同名專輯) and won Best Newcomer (Bronze) in 2001 Singapore Hit Awards with the same album.

She was involved in the musical play Love Mileage (愛情里程) which was staged at Taiwan Huashan Arts Centre between 10 and 13 September 2009.

On top of being an actress and singer, she is also working as a Radio DJ in BCC.

Lim held her first ticketed solo concert 林凡 Freya&Friends 幸福零缺口犀利演唱會 at Taipei International Convention Center (TICC) on 18 August 2012.

Jermaine Lockhart - Roll with It Baby

 The Sax Man Jermaine Lockhart es un  saxofonista tenor reside en Phoenix, Arizona, nacido en Cleveland, Ohio, donde creció en la Iglesia Pentecostal tocando su saxofón. Desde entonces, ha añadido jazz, ritmos directos y géneros de rhythm and blues a su repertorio. El grupo interpretó interpretaciones de jazz de éxitos de iconos como The Fugees, Babyface y Stevie Wonder, así como originales del álbum más vendido de Lockhart "Back to the Sunshine" y "Love is All We Ask" de Weston. Toto - Human Nature

 Toto es una banda de rock estadounidense formada en 1976 en Los Ángeles por destacados músicos de sesión.​ Fue fundada por el teclista David Paich y el baterista Jeff Porcaro.​La agrupación combinaba diferentes estilos musicales, como blues, funk, soul, pop y distintas corrientes de rock.​ Han vendido más de 40 millones de discos, de los cuales:​ 13 son de estudio, cinco en directo, una banda sonora (Dune) y un trabajo compilatorio que cuenta con cuatro canciones inéditas.

El grupo obtuvo seis Premios Grammy en su 25.ª edición en 1983 con el álbum Toto IV,​ que incluye canciones como Africa y Rosanna. Tras el éxito comercial de este disco, los músicos de la banda fueron contratados por Michael Jackson y Quincy Jones para tocar en la producción más vendida en la historia de la música: Thriller.

"Human Nature" fue escrita y compuesta por Steve Porcaro de Toto y John Bettis para el álbum de Michael Jackson Thriller. Inicialmente, Porcaro había escrito la canción después de que su hija de primer grado regresara a casa llorando porque un chico la empujó de un tobogán. Para consolar a su hija, él le dio tres razones de por qué el incidente había ocurrido: una, al niño le gustaba, dos, la gente puede ser extraña y tres, es la naturaleza humana. Durante la producción del disco Thriller, Porcaro, le envió el productor Quincy Jones una cinta con dos canciones de David Paich, su compañero de Toto, sin advertir que en el lado B de la cinta estaba la demo de "Human Nature". Jones escuchó las canciones y no creyó que fueran para el álbum, pero la cinta siguió corriendo, y al finalizar el lado A, comenzó a sonar el demo de "Human Nature". Jones explicó: "De repente, al final de todo ese silencio, se escuchó: '¿por qué, por qué, dah dah da-dum dah dah, por qué, por qué.' Sólo una lírica ficticia y una cosa muy esquelética. Tengo la piel de gallina hablando de ella, dije: 'Aquí es donde queremos ir, porque tiene un sabor tan maravilloso' ". Sin embargo, Jones estaba insatisfecho con las letras originales y así Bettis, que había escrito letras para los éxitos de The Carpenters y The Pointer Sisters, entre otros, se le pidió que añadiera letras de la canción. Completó la canción en dos días. El productor preguntó si la canción podría incluirse en el álbum de Jackson, al que Porcaro y Bettis acordaron. "Human Nature" fue la última canción seleccionada para Thriller, eliminando "Carousel" de la lista final.
